A letter from the islands

Dear sailor,

The islands are small and the post is running late. There are letters to carry, parcels to pack into a little red boat, and fish that only bite after dark.

Nobody is in a hurry here. There is no combat and there are no timers. Stop for a chat, fix up Grandpa's old cottage, and sail home when the sun goes down.

What you do

A little sea, and a lot to do in it

Sail at your own pace. The islands are small, the people are kind, and there is always one more letter to deliver.

Sail between little islands

Catch the wind in your cream sail and steer your little red boat from island to island. Every one has its own beaches and its own people.

Carry the island post

Pick up letters and parcels, pack them into your hold, and hand them over on the docks. Every island has someone waiting for something.

Fish by day and by night

Cast a line from your boat. Different fish bite in different waters and at different hours, so light your lantern and try again after dark.

Make friends and fix up Home Cove

Stop for a chat and the islanders become friends. Back home, fix up Grandpa's old cottage, one plank at a time.

A friend on every island
